Abstract
- In the article, the author discusses the growing negative sentiments to Asian American (AA) communities in the U.S. since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 and the key role played by Asian social workers to address the issue. Topics include the incidents of microaggressions, hate speech, bias and crimes against AAs and the impacts of the said negativity on the mental health of AAs.
