WSA Establishes Office.

This article reports that the Western Speech Association (WSA) during its annual meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah from November 25-27, 1968, voted to establish a permanent association office. The location selected is Washington State University (WSU) in Pullman, Washington. Dr. Robert Vogelsang of the WSU faculty has been appointed executive secretary. The new office, to open July 1, 1969, will be jointly supported by the Western Speech Association and Washington State University. The 1968 WSA convention ratified a constitutional amendment which authorized an appointee executive secretary at a host institution.
