GIO BENITEZ (ABC NEWS) (Off-camera) And we're gonna stay with the weather now because it led to a delay this morning in the planned Halloween space launch for NASA and SpaceX. Strong winds over the Atlantic forcing the team of four astronauts to wait until at least Wednesday to take off from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, heading for a six-month stay on the International Space Station.
