Abstract
- The article discusses inclusive leadership in healthcare as promoted by the Mayo Clinic. According to clinic founder Doctor William Worrall Mayo, leaders should include team members, patients and members of the collective community to truly embody inclusivity. Also cited are the external environmental factors affecting the U.S. healthcare system like staff shortages, technology changes, and reduced reimbursements.
