Abstract
- The article reports that Atlanta-based SageHome Inc. has acquired New Bath Today Inc., a bathroom renovation specialist located in Indianapolis. SageHome, which designs senior living spaces, says it partnered with Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP on the acquisition. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, SageHome says the acquisition enhances its "aging-in-place" offerings.
