Abstract

In 2000, Alicia Grandey proposed a model for emotion regulation in the workplace. In her model, situational cues lead to the emotion regulation process, which result in long-term consequences. In this paper, we test the Emotion Regulation Model empirically with quantitative and qualitative responses from 452 registered nurses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
