Abstract

The article focuses on the 1987 annual meeting of the members of the Keats-Shelley Association of America. It is informed that upon the determination of a quorum, Carl H. Pforzheimer, as President, called the meeting to order on May 15, 1987 in the Trustees Room of the New York Public Library in New York City. Donald H. Reiman as Treasurer and Carl Woodring as Secretary submitted reports indicating finances and membership that give no cause for alarm but nevertheless require an increase in dues and vigilance in maintaining institutional and individual memberships above the subsidized level of active members. It is also informed that Mary Eccles, for the Nominating Committee, recommended for a three-year term as Directors the following names, which were unanimously approved: William Buice, Richard De Genriaro, Leslie Marchand, Charles Ryskamp, Aileen Ward, and Gerald Wachs.
