Abstract
- The article reports that an East Side communications firm hired an architect and negotiated a deal to rent new offices at Madison Square Park, New York. Then it changed course and decided to stay put after getting an offer from its current landlord. RF/Binder Partners signed an early 10-year lease renewal for 22,000 square feet at 950 Third Ave. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the public relations firm, and CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Kipp/Stawski Management Group. The building's asking rents average $50 a square foot.
