Abstract
- A recent report published by researchers from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery discusses dentigerous cysts, which are growths of the jaw's epithelial lining that develop from the dental follicle of unerupted teeth. These cysts are typically found during routine radiography exams and are associated with immature teeth. The report describes a rare case of a dentigerous cyst connected to two immature mandibular premolar teeth and discusses the treatment, which involved the removal of the teeth and enucleation of the cyst. The patient made a full recovery one week after surgery. For more information, readers can refer to the Journal of Health and Dental Sciences. [Extracted from the article]
