Abstract

A new study conducted by researchers from Islamic Azad University in Iran explores the correlation between self-compassion, empathy, and academic well-being in high school students. The study found significant positive correlations between self-compassion and academic well-being, as well as between self-compassion and academic buoyancy. Additionally, there was a positive correlation between the benefits of empathy and academic buoyancy. The research suggests that interventions aimed at enhancing students' academic well-being could be developed based on these findings. The study was conducted using a descriptive-correlational approach and involved 384 high school students in Ahvaz, Iran. [Extracted from the article]
