A recent study conducted by researchers at Korea University College of Medicine compared the impact on ovarian reserve after minimally invasive ovarian cystectomy using two platforms: the Da Vinci robotic system (Xi and SP) and the laparoscopic system. The study found that there were no significant differences in preoperative age, cyst size, estimated blood loss, hospital stay, adhesion detachment rate, and cyst rupture rate between the two groups.
