The report presents the case of a 68-year-old male patient who experienced gait deterioration, cognitive decline, and urinary incontinence. Through the use of multimodality diagnostic approaches, including brain imaging and cerebrospinal fluid tap tests, the patient was diagnosed with iNPH and underwent successful ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery.
