Abstract

A recent study conducted by researchers at Zhejiang University in China has explored the role of estrogen receptor-related receptor g (ERRg) in endometrial cancer. The study found that ERRg acts as an angiogenesis suppressor and is involved in the regulation of VEGFA expression in endometrial cancer. The researchers suggest that ERRg could be a potential target for antiangiogenic therapy in endometrial cancer treatment. This research provides valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying endometrial cancer and offers potential avenues for future therapeutic interventions. [Extracted from the article]
