Abstract
- Researchers at Voronezh State University in Russia have developed potentiometric multisensory systems based on perfluorosulfonic acid membranes, including polyaniline-modified ones, for the simultaneous determination of tetracaine and oxymetazoline in combination drugs and human saliva. The sensors showed long-term stable work and calibration equations established by multivariate linear regression. The analysis errors were reduced to 0.2%-6% when analyzing the drug and to 0.2%-6% when analyzing the artificial saliva. This research provides valuable insights into the development of artificial saliva and its applications in dental practice. [Extracted from the article]
