OVERVIEW OF THE ATTITUDES AND OPINIONS TOWARDS THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON THE APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TOOLS.

Artificial intelligence is one of the hottest topics in the last few years, especially since the introduction of generative artificial intelligence models which can be used by any individual with internet connection. On the other hand, knowledge management is well established and widely researched topic. Named two areas are closely connected, and their integration can bring significant benefits for organizations in terms of making better-informed decisions, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of knowledge-sharing processes within an organization. Therefore, this paper focuses on the influence of artificial intelligence on the application of knowledge management tools. An empirical study using a questionnaire was conducted aiming to analyze attitudes towards knowledge management systems and their understanding of how artificial intelligence impacts the usage of these tools. Overall, the findings suggest a complex landscape where familiarity, usage, concerns, and expectations regarding artificial intelligence in knowledge management vary among respondents. There is a recognition of the potential benefits but also concerns about challenges and uncertainties associated with artificial intelligence integration. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
