Abstract
- A study conducted by Jonkoping University in Sweden examined the relationship between light exposure and sleep outcomes among office workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research found that light exposure was lower in the afternoon on home workdays compared to office workdays, with slightly longer total sleep time on home workdays. The study highlighted the importance of everyday light exposure on sleep quality and suggested the need for further investigation to provide supportive light levels during work hours.
