Abstract

Researchers from Minia University in Egypt conducted a study on the potential of beryllium oxide (Be12O12) as a nanocarrier for the anticancer drug Cisplatin and its analogs. Through DFT calculations, they found significant interaction and adsorption energies, indicating the promising application of Be12O12 as a nanocarrier for drug delivery, especially for anticancer drugs. The study was financially supported by King Saud University and has been peer-reviewed, providing valuable insights into the field of nanotechnology and cancer therapy. [Extracted from the article]
