Abstract

Researchers from Shanghai Jiao Tong University conducted a study on the role of Circular RNA DLGAP4 (circ_DLGAP4) in ischemic stroke (IS) injury. The study found that circ_DLGAP4 may inhibit microglia M1 polarization and proinflammatory cytokine production, potentially through the inactivation of the NF-kappa B pathway.
