Abstract
- Researchers at Iran University of Medical Sciences presented a challenging case of Takayasu's arteritis in a 17-year-old male with various manifestations and a poor outcome. The patient exhibited symptoms such as dyspnea, fever, arm claudication, and aortic insufficiency, leading to a diagnosis of Takayasu's arteritis. Unfortunately, the patient passed away after six months of treatment, succumbing to a COVID-19 infection. The study provides valuable insights into the complexities of this rare vascular disease.
