Abstract
- Researchers at Shanxi University conducted a study on the storage of plasma-derived exosomes, focusing on the evaluation of anticoagulant use and preserving temperatures. The study aimed to determine optimal storage conditions for exosomes, assessing different anticoagulants and temperatures. Results showed that exosomes preserved in certain anticoagulants tended to remain intact with abundant protein biomarkers, and storage temperature and duration significantly impacted exosome characteristics. The research highlights the importance of proper storage conditions for plasma-derived exosomes in clinical applications. [Extracted from the article]
