Abstract

The article discusses the role of PIEZO1 overexpression in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). It highlights the findings that pharmacological PIEZO1 inhibition and genetic Piezo1 deletion effectively mitigated AVM formation in Alk1-deficient mice.
