Researchers at Jadavpur University have developed a method for UV spectrophotometric analysis of amoxicillin trihydrate in the presence of acetaminophen in different pH media. The study found that the Beer-Lambert law was obeyed in the concentration range of 2-10 g/ml for both substances. The research also highlighted the stability of amoxicillin trihydrate in different pH media in the presence of acetaminophen.
