Abstract
- This article discusses how adapting assessment and grading practices based on equity principles may impact students positively, considering their specific needs in the post pandemic era. We reflect on how some equitable grading practices such as flexible deadlines, a friendly tone of communication, and allowing multiple attempts have a positive impact on students' personal and academic life.
