Abstract

This article focuses on the findings of a study on customer satisfaction on electronic business (E-business)sites by the University of Michigan. The survey reveals that customer satisfaction with E-business sites rose 4.7 percent since 2004 and 20.5 percent from 2000. Yahoo! Inc. has seen a steady growth in revenue, from 717 million U.S. dollars in 2001 to 3.5 billion U.S. dollars in 2004. Satisfaction for Yahoo in 2005 is up 2.6 percent from 2004.
