Constitutive Rhetoric and Subjects of Globality: The World Summit on the Information Society.

The article focuses on the fundamental role assumed by the discourses of supranational institutions in 2005 towards crafting a citizen committed to globalization. It also examines the rhetoric of the United Nations as it appears in a document released by the International Telecommunication Union on December 12, 2003 concerning the principles of an all-inclusive Information Society. The article also deals with the question of where is the appropriate place that people can search for the effects of constitutive rhetoric in the global condition.
