Abstract

The article focuses on the aspects of appraisal of education in the universities of Italy. In the course of the article the author examines the main theoretical lineaments of the appraisal of the university, with a particular attention to the Italian context and the emergent empiricists from many surveyings on the topic. The point of departure of every search consists of defining the object, delimiting the semantic field, the choice of the important property and identifying some pointers it adapts. Such passage is still more necessary one in the appraisal of the services, that is in those activities that does not have a referring service to cater with. The complexity and the multidimensionality of the referring ones of the processed values have still more intense repercussions on the appraisal of the relational services in Italian universities. The article further interprets the university organization and characterizations and beyond that the intangibility associated with university appraisal.
