Abstract
- The article presents information on the bacterial soft rot caused by Erwinia carotovora which is commonly transmitted to plants through human activity including propagation and pruning. An overview of how the bacteria is destroying the plants is given. A description of a plant damaged by the bacteria is also given. The ways of preventing the virus are explained.
