Abstract

The article reports on the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to International Atomic Energy Agency Director-General Mohamed ElBaradei in December 2005. He sought to place disarmament and nuclear nonproliferation-related issues within a broader context of relations between developed and developing countries.
