Abstract: The article reports on a proposal from three local developers, which will be reviewed by the Redevelopment Agency of Fresno, California, to redevelop large portions of the Cultural Arts District in the city. According to some local officials, they are planning to return with an exclusive negotiating agreement within 120 days. Meanwhile, the city council has approved a request from the agency to continue work with a 24-month exclusive negotiating agreement in the downtown's cultural arts and entertainment project area.
