Abstract
- The article reports that oil and gas veterans, William L. Adams and Charles W. Seely, were named Fort Worth Oil Legends at the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers' luncheon at Fort Worth, Texas. Adams was the CEO of Union Pacific Resources Co. and Seely was head of Armer Oil Co. The two leaders, who were considered as a tribute to the industry and community, experienced the economics ups and downs of the energy industry during the first half of the 20th century.
