Abstract

The article reports on the denial of structural engineer Henry Bardsley that the lightweight footbridge in Paris, France that he designed wobbles like the Millennium Bridge in London, England. Bardsley mentioned some features that prove the efficiency of the bridge. Bardsley added that the bridge was designed to control oscillation.
