Abstract

The article presents information on a court ruling that the Fourth Amendment rights of a high school student was not violated by calling him to a front office where police interviewed him and collected DNA in Wisconsin. Permission was granted to police to interview students on campus during school hours without notification to parents upon the suspicion of a certain student who stole two vehicles and drove them to a golf course clubhouse.
