Abstract
- The article presents information related to skin care. Skin treatment should focus on healing the entire body, not just the outer layer. One should follow a daily skin-pampering routine that helps in feeling less stressed and improves skin health. One must do the top-to-bottom skin self-massage using oils that helps in balancing the skin. Yoga helps in restoring even blood flow through the body. One should block out 10 minutes to practice a range of gentle asanas.
