Abstract
- The article offers information on the use of light emitting diode (LED) in film marking. Developmental research on LED semiconductors undertaken by Ferranti is discussed. LED's capacities and packing densities are provided. Binary marking made by LED through monolithic process is also discussed. LED application using alphanumeric array is also presented.
