A paperless paper center?

The article focuses on the Paper Distribution Center established by the National Communication Association (NCA) in the U.S. The Distribution Center is a way of the presenters to distribute their papers at the NCA Convention to interested members. It produced printed copies of convention papers which attendees could purchase for a nominal fee. NCA designed the Distribution Center to facilitate discussion, networking and collegial interaction among scholars. Since NCA has created a new procedure in an effort to improve the Center, members can now be able to choose the papers they want and have them copied to a disk for a small fee.
