Abstract

This article provides a series of back exercises for bodybuilders. A four-week back exercise program is presented, and includes such exercises as the deadlift, seated cable row, and T-bar row. The workout routine stresses both back strength and back muscle size, and the amount of repetitions and sets varies by week.
