Abstract
- The article presents an interview with actor Ben Affleck and film director Allen Coulter about their film "Hollywoodland." The film focuses on the life and death of actor George Reeves, the first actor to play Superman. According to Affleck, he felt he had a personal connection with Reeves although he has been dead for 50 years. Coulter claims that while Affleck fitted the role, it is his empathy with Reeves that shines through in his performance. INSET: AFFLECK REBORN?.
