Abstract

The article offers ideas for travel agencies for providing a fitness program to older vacationers in the U.S. According to the authors, a good level of physical fitness will help older people enjoy a vacation. They assert that such a program will help in avoiding shortness of breath, sore muscles and tired feet. In addition, the authors suggest that a program consisting of cardiovascular, flexibility, strength and balance exercises can help prepare older people to accomplish activities.
