Abstract
- The article discusses the aesthetic quality of Egyptian art as shown in the artworks of collector Christos G. Bastis at the Brooklyn Museum in New York City. Some of these artworks include the "King Taharga," the Twenty-Fifth Dynasty "Shepenwepet II" and the Thirtieth Dynasty "Head." Discussion of these artworks as well as Bastis other works is offered.
