Abstract

The article offers information about a group of slide lectures suitable for presentation in high school classrooms offered by the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. It is mentioned that lectures might be used effectively by teachers of history, languages, and the arts. Furthermore, each lecture consists of 40 or more slides and a text which can be read as they are shown. The scripts are written by art historians that present an excellent insight into cultural history as well as art appreciation, and the slides.
