Crisis in the Beehive.

The article deals with the declining population of honeybees and colony collapse disorder (CCD). CCD is a phenomenon wherein social insects disappear by the millions without a trace. Information is presented on the number of dead honeybee colonies experienced by honey producing regions in Canada such as Alberta and British Columbia. Scientists in Canada are not attributing the dead colonies to CCD, instead they blame the death of honeybee colonies to warm temperatures.
