Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the autoantibody approach for serum-based detection of head and neck cancer. The study identified a panel of 130 biomarkers that can provide sufficient accuracy for a clinically relevant, serum-based cancer detection test based on the pattern of serum IgG binding.
