Abstract
- The article discusses the role of cities in global climate change and environmental conservation. It is suggested that cities are more responsible and influential in the contribution and correction of excessive greenhouse gas emissions than national governments. The efficacy of the combined practices of urban adaptation to climate change and energy mitigation policies are also described in detail.
