Abstract

The article presents an advertisement for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) of HelpPeople, a service of Crouse Hospital in New York. Accordingly, EAP is capable to training supervisors on how to recognize the early symptoms of employees personal problems as well as helps them to do the correct procedure in addressing the situation. EAP services, includes assessment and short-term counselling, referral to community resources, employee educational programs and human resource consultations.
