Abstract
- This article highlights the session "Dickinson and Spiritual Practices," at the Emily Dickinson International Society's 2007 Conference held in Japan. British scholar Linda Freedman considered Dickinson's use of the cocoon in Fr1107 as a metaphoric replacement for the Biblical image of the veil. This article highlights the papers presented by poet Kelly Sue Lynch and Emily Dickinson specialist Jane Donahue Eberwein.
