Abstract
- The article evaluates the effectiveness of a microfluidic filter for biochemical reactions by performing a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of mouse immunoglobulin G IgG). According to the authors, microfluidic filters were fabricated by deep X-ray lithography using synchrotron radiation. They add that mouse IgG could be quantitatively detected in the range of 0-100 mg/ml, showing the applicability of vertical microfluidic operation to the immunoassay.
