Abstract: We construct the wave kernels of the non-isotropic twisted Laplacian by means of its heat kernel. We then express the wave kernels at the origin in terms of complex Fourier integrals and we exploit the connections of the phase functions with the complex integrals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
