LA POÉTIQUE RELATIONNELLE DE L'ACTE PHOTOGRAPHIQUE.

The article focuses on the use of digital cameras by people from all social classes. The author asked 15 people to talk about the reasons why they take pictures. The result of this study shows that digital camera users try to capture the poetry that lies in their daily lives, such at the atmosphere of a good moment, rather than create solemn portraits of certain people, settings, or events. Sociologist Pierre Bourdieu and his book "Un art moyen : essai sur les usages sociaux de la photographie" are mentioned.
