Abstract
- The article highlights a paper on the potential directions of the authorization of the federal transportation act, presented at the seventh James L. Oberstar Forum on Transportation Policy and Technology held on April 7, 2008 in the U.S. The paper discusses the federal-aid transportation program, funding crisis, mobility, economic and environmental challenges, the impact of climate change constraints and the national transporation agenda.
