LIBRARY SERVICES AND USER SATISFACTION: DEPARTMENT OF LIS, PUNJAB UNIVERSITY, LAHORE.

The article focuses on the primary goals of libraries in regard to total patron satisfaction. It is the goal of the researchers to determine the user satisfaction level about the library services, processes, and facilities. The study's population are masters of philosophy students with Ph. D programs in the future. Random sampling has been used to collect data from the respondents. The size of the same represents 72.22% of the total population. This study is significant because it will help to know about the perception of respondents about the library services in the Department of Library & Information Science at Punjab University.
